Recalled images can only approximate accuracy as they are emotionally sequenced details that operate as contextual gauges in the material world, participating in the process that constitutes memory. This body of photographic work was produced using a liquid-filled lens to distort the images in such a way as to evoke the slippage of memory recall, and forms part of an investigation into the histories of a demolished house, subject to a multiplicity of memories and experiences.
