A liquid-filled lens was used to photograph objects formerly used within an old house (no longer extant), and drawings of its recalled floor plan stitched onto printed images to convey implications of a lost space, now existing only in memory.
These works echo the detail slippage the processes of memory embody. Elements of incompleteness, absence and temporality contemplate, not only workings of memory and sense of place, but material attrition of structures and objects over time.
